Cersaie ceramics fair concludes in Bologna with 92,000 visits

The 43rd edition of Cersaie, a leading international ceramics trade fair held at BolognaFiere, has concluded with 92,352 recorded visits. While this represents a slight decrease of 2.4% compared to the previous year, organizers and industry leaders described the event as a success and a demonstration of the sector's stability in a difficult economic climate.

The exhibition occupied 145,000 square meters across sixteen pavilions, hosting 595 companies. The event maintained a strong international presence, with 233 foreign exhibitors representing 24 countries, accounting for 39% of the total exhibitors. International visitors remained stable, making up 48.2% of the total attendance.

Among the participants, the Spanish multinational Porcelanosa Grupo reported high engagement, averaging over 3,000 daily visits to its stand. The company highlighted interest in large-format floor tiles (160 cm x 160 cm) and its new IRITECH technology applied to the XTONE collection.
