Cervecería Centroamericana drives International Beer Day and La Fiesta del Siglo celebrations in Guatemala

International Beer Day 2026 will be observed on Friday, 7 August 2026 in Guatemala. Cervecería Centroamericana is running promotions from 1 to 9 August, offering special deals in venues nationwide and through its “Tu Hogar” mobile app for home delivery. The celebration, which began in 2007 in Santa Cruz, California, is now marked in more than 80 countries.

The same sponsor is hosting “La Fiesta del Siglo” on 13 August at the Expo Center Grand Tikal Futura Hotel and Convention Center in zone 11, Guatemala. The free, adult‑focused event features conferences, entertainment and practical tools to promote responsible alcohol consumption. Speakers include Rudy Tercero, Rafael Gabeiras and Willy Barrios. Organisers expect over a thousand participants for each of the three sessions scheduled throughout the day.
