Cesena gas service restoration underway following network leak

Technicians from Inrete Distribuzione Energia, a company within the Hera Group, are working to restore gas service in Cesena following a service disruption. The outage has affected approximately 50 non-sensitive connections in the areas of Sogliano, Costa, Doria, and Iris Versari streets.

The disruption was caused by a water network leak. Repair crews are currently working on the infrastructure, which includes purging water from pipes and connections. Once the lines are repaired, they will be repressurized, and service will be restored to individual users by reopening connections and meters. Operations are expected to continue into the coming hours.
