Cesenatico to transfer parking management to Cesenatico Servizi in 2027

The Cesenatico City Council has approved a project to transfer the management of paid parking, public parking lots, and related mobility services to Cesenatico Servizi, effective January 1, 2027.

The transition involves a spin-off of ATR. According to officials, the change is intended to be seamless for citizens, with existing services, employment contracts, and agreements remaining continuous. Cesenatico Servizi will incorporate the business branch related to parking and certain local assets, which is expected to increase the company's net equity by 429,100 euros.

Councilor Jacopo Agostini described the move as a strategic step to strengthen the company and improve management effectiveness through reorganization. The municipality's concession revenue will remain unchanged under the new service contract.
