Cessna SkyCourier launches service in the Philippines

Textron Aviation delivered its first Cessna SkyCourier to the Philippines, handing over a 19‑passenger variant to Leading Edge Air Services Corp (LEASCOR), a subsidiary of ACDI Multipurpose Cooperative that serves members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.

The aircraft can be quickly reconfigured between full passenger and full cargo missions, carrying up to 19 passengers or three LD3 containers with a 6,000‑lb payload. It features Pratt & Whitney PT6A‑65SC engines, Garmin G1000 NXi avionics, a cruise speed over 200 kt and a range of 900 nm, marking the first SkyCourier operation outside North America and supporting domestic transport, tourism and logistics in the archipelago.
