Cestto Atacadista opens first store in Taboão da Serra

Cestto Atacadista, a brand under Grupo Zaffari, has inaugurated its first store in Taboão da Serra, marking the group's first expansion outside of Rio Grande do Sul. The project involved an investment of R$ 95 million.

The new facility features a sales area of 6,443 square meters and offers more than 10,000 products, including food, beverages, hygiene items, and appliances. The store operates under a wholesale-retail hybrid model (atacarejo) and includes 42 checkout counters, eight of which are self-service. The opening is expected to generate 350 direct jobs.

In addition to the main retail space, the location includes a gallery with various shops, such as a pharmacy and a milkshake franchise, which will open gradually. The site provides 485 parking spaces.
