Ceuta announces Academic Excellence Award winners

Academic Excellence Awards Ceuta student scholarships Pilar Orozco Valverde educational grants

The Ceuta Department of Education, Culture, and Youth has finalized the recipients of the Academic Excellence Awards for the 2025-2026 academic year. The awards recognize students with outstanding academic records through financial incentives totaling 10,000 euros.

Noor Bulaich Mohand received the first prize of 6,000 euros with a grade of 9.74. Kauzar Mustafa Ben Hattal was awarded 3,000 euros for second place with a grade of 9.68, and Jesús Calvo Guerrero earned 1,000 euros for third place with a grade of 9.42.

The resolution, signed by Counselor Pilar Orozco Valverde, has concluded the administrative process. Award recipients or interested parties have one month to file an optional appeal for reversal or two months to pursue administrative litigation.
