Ceuta approves aid for businesses affected by Hadú construction
The Ceuta Government Council has approved an extraordinary call for subsidies totaling up to 370,000 euros to compensate commercial establishments impacted by remodeling works on Teniente Coronel Gautier Avenue in the Hadú district. This measure aims to mitigate difficulties regarding access, mobility, parking, pedestrian transit, and commercial visibility caused by the ongoing construction.
The new subsidy period has been extended to cover from June 1 until December 31, 2026. Local government spokesperson Alejandro Ramírez stated that works are expected to conclude in December of this year.
Additionally, the Council approved four separate grants totaling 288,739.20 euros for business innovation projects. These funds, financed through FEDER, are intended to encourage investment and job creation within the industrial, commercial, and service sectors.
