Ceuta Chamber of Commerce to lead AI pilot project for SMEs

The Chamber of Commerce of Ceuta has announced the launch of ‘Cámaras IA’, a pilot project designed to integrate generative artificial intelligence into small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Led by the Ceuta Chamber and coordinated by the Chamber of Spain, the initiative aims to help SMEs overcome barriers such as a lack of specialized teams and insufficient computing capacity.

The pilot program will involve several regional chambers, including those from Alicante, Barcelona, Gran Canaria, Huelva, Málaga, Murcia, Sevilla, Almería, Tarragona, and Valencia. Participants will gain access to specialized advisory services and advanced computing resources through the Generative Artificial Intelligence Computing Center of the Ceuta Chamber.

This initiative was highlighted during the General Assembly of Chambers held in Ceuta. The meeting served as a gesture of solidarity from the Chamber of Spain toward the autonomous city, with officials emphasizing the need to modernize Ceuta’s economic model through green and blue economies, as well as new technologies.
