Ceuta court receives complaint over alleged minor trafficking network

Luis “Alvise” Pérez, leader of the Se Acabó la Fiesta party, has filed a complaint with the Ceuta Court regarding an alleged human trafficking and sexual exploitation network involving minors.

The complaint seeks the urgent opening of proceedings to identify those responsible, locate properties allegedly used in the crimes, and protect potential victims. The legal filing requests that the investigation be handled by the Violence Against Women Section.

According to the document, the National Police have detected several residences in Ceuta allegedly used for the sexual exploitation of underage girls who arrived in the city during a mass entry recorded in late July 2026. Due to the severity of the findings, a specialized team from the Central Unit for Illegal Immigration Networks and Document Falsification (UCRIF) has been deployed to lead the investigation.
