Ceuta: Three arrested after corrosive liquid attack on military

The Guardia Civil has arrested three Moroccan nationals following an attack on military personnel deployed in the San Amaro area of Ceuta. The suspects allegedly threw bottles containing a corrosive liquid at soldiers during a period of heightened surveillance.

The incident occurred in an area where the Spanish military maintains a permanent presence due to recent large-scale migration flows. While the containers were described by some sources as being used in a manner similar to ‘molotov cocktails’, forensic confirmation of the exact chemical composition is still pending. No military personnel were reported injured during the attack.
