Ceuta vehicle fire destroys two cars and damages three others

A fire on Antonia Gallego Céspedes Street in the Molino area of Ceuta has caused significant material damage to five parked vehicles. Two cars, identified as a Renault Clio and a Mercedes-Benz, were completely destroyed by the flames.

Three additional vehicles—a Dacia Sandero, another Mercedes-Benz, and a Citroën—sustained damage due to thermal radiation or broken windows. Local residents reportedly broke the windows of these vehicles in an attempt to move them away from the fire.

Firefighters from the Servicio de Extinción de Incendios y Salvamento (SEIS) spent approximately one hour controlling the blaze. Due to fuel spills from the burning cars, emergency crews utilized approximately 3,500 liters of water along with specialized extinguishing foam to prevent the fire from spreading and to suppress hot spots.
