CEV Men's European Volleyball Championship to begin September 9

The 34th CEV Men's European Volleyball Championship is scheduled to begin on September 9 and run until September 26. The tournament will be hosted across four countries: Italy, Bulgaria, Finland, and Romania, featuring 24 national teams divided into six groups of four.

The Turkish Men's National Volleyball Team has been placed in Group D. Their group matches will take place at the BT Arena in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Group D includes Romania, France, Germany, Latvia, Turkey, and Switzerland. Turkey is set to face Germany in their opening match.

Under the leadership of head coach Slobodan Kovac, the Turkish team has completed preparations in Cluj. Players Efe Bayram and Ahmet Tümer expressed confidence following recent successes in the Volleyball Nations League (VNL), stating their goals are to reach the top eight, the top four, and ultimately secure a medal.
