CEVA Logistics' Colis Privé completes acquisition of Paack Iberia and France

CEVA Logistics announced that its subsidiary Colis Privé has finalized the acquisition of Paack Iberia and Paack France. The transaction brings roughly 490 employees into Colis Privé and expands its last‑mile delivery footprint across France, Belgium, Spain and Portugal. After the deal, Colis Privé will operate a pan‑European network that includes 82 sites on the Iberian Peninsula—61 partner distribution centres, 21 hubs or cross‑docks and more than 5,000 pickup points—and six additional French sites from Paack, strengthening its national coverage in France.

The acquisition is intended to build a leading pan‑European platform for last‑mile logistics, supporting the growth of e‑commerce clients while adapting to local market needs.
