CEWE Group reports record Q2 turnover amid strategic shift
CEWE Stiftung & Co. KGaA reported record turnover growth for the second quarter of 2026, reaching 143.9 million euros, a 6.0% increase compared to the previous year. This growth was driven primarily by its core photofinishing business, which saw a 7.5% revenue increase.
As part of a strategic shift to focus on photofinishing, the company completed the sale of its Commercial Online-Print division in July 2026. To strengthen its market position, CEWE acquired the Kodak Moments Retail Photo Solutions division from Kodak Alaris. The reported Group EBIT for Q2 was -6.8 million euros, which includes 3.7 million euros in transaction costs related to the Kodak Moments acquisition.
Key product performance included the sale of 1.16 million CEWE photobooks, representing a 1.5% increase in volume. The company confirmed its outlook for the full year 2026.
