CFDP Assurances appoints Cristina Gutiérrez to lead ESDP in Spain

French insurer CFDP Assurances has appointed Cristina Gutiérrez as the Spanish Market Director for ESDP, the brand through which the group is launching its operations in Spain. Gutiérrez will lead the implementation and growth of the firm, targeting companies, freelancers, professionals, and startups.

The ESDP model focuses on legal protection through prevention, support, and the amicable resolution of conflicts rather than traditional legal defense alone. The company intends to use the broker channel as its primary distribution axis, while also exploring collaborations with other insurers for specific solutions.

Gutiérrez brings over 15 years of experience in the insurance and risk management sectors, including eight years as the managing director of FECOR (Federation of Associations and Organizations of Insurance Brokers of Spain).
