CFE Fibra E announces 1,078.1 million peso dividend distribution

CFE Fibra E, through its subsidiary CFECapital, has announced a dividend distribution of 1,078.1 million pesos for the third quarter of 2026. Payments are scheduled for September 30.

Series “A” certificate holders, primarily composed of Mexican workers via Afores, will receive 0.9477 pesos per title. This represents an 8.9% increase compared to the same period in 2025. The accumulated distribution for the year so far has surpassed 2025 levels by 4.1%.

Since 2019 through the third quarter of 2026, CFE Fibra E has reported an average dividend yield of 11.7%, which is 1.8 times higher than comparable Fibras. Additionally, CFECapital has submitted a request to the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV) for a new issuance of certificates, which is currently pending authorization.
