CFU U-14 Challenge Series begins in Dominican Republic

The 2026 CFU U-14 Challenge Series is underway in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, featuring youth football teams from across the Caribbean.

The Dominican Republic Under-14 boys team is scheduled to make its debut against Martinique. Competing in Tier I, Group A, the Dominican squad is also grouped with Barbados and Bermuda. The team has been preparing at the Dominican Football Federation's High Performance Center in San Cristóbal under the direction of Ecker Sánchez.

In Tier II, Group C, the Bahamas Under-14 boys team opened the tournament with a 3-0 victory over Anguilla. The Bahamas squad, coached by Alexander Thompson, is set to face Guyana next. Their group also includes Montserrat.
