CG Oncology relocates headquarters from California to Dallas

CG Oncology, a Nasdaq-listed biopharmaceutical company valued at approximately $7 billion, has relocated its corporate headquarters from Irvine, California, to Pegasus Park in Dallas, Texas.

The company, which specializes in developing treatments for bladder cancer, cited several strategic advantages for the move, including access to a growing life sciences ecosystem, specialized talent, investors, and strategic partners. The new headquarters at Pegasus Park, a 26-acre life sciences and research campus, places the firm in close proximity to major institutions such as UT Southwestern Medical Center and the University of Texas at Dallas.

According to Sarah Connors, the company’s vice president of communications and patient advocacy, the Dallas location offers modern infrastructure, cost advantages, and a more central U.S. position while supporting the firm’s remote-first culture. The relocation follows a trend of companies moving operations from California to states like Texas, Arizona, and Tennessee.
