CGT-FO and Agefiph renew partnership for disability inclusion
The Confédération Générale du Travail Force Ouvrière (CGT-FO) and Agefiph have renewed their national framework agreement for the 2026–2028 period. This partnership, which has existed since 2009, focuses on improving access to employment, job retention, and the long-term inclusion of persons with disabilities.
The agreement utilizes a decentralized structure involving over 90 disability referents in departmental unions and 20 federal referents. These trained militants are tasked with integrating disability issues into collective negotiations, human resources policies, and daily union practices.
Through this partnership, Agefiph aims to support social dialogue actors by providing tools and training to help transform corporate HR practices. Key objectives include increasing awareness within workforces, improving recruitment for employees with disabilities, and limiting dismissals due to incapacity.
