CGT union revalidated in FCC Medio Ambiente elections in Ponferrada

The CGT union has revalidated its representation in the union elections for the cleaning and waste collection staff at FCC Medio Ambiente in Ponferrada. The election process reportedly saw 100 percent worker participation.

As a new tender for services is expected, the union intends to advocate for the unification of existing services to ensure equal economic and labor conditions for all employees. The CGT has stated it will not accept any new contract that maintains wage or labor disparities between different groups of workers within the company.
