CGT Zona Atlántica advances social housing for 346 families in Viedma

The CGT Zona Atlántica is advancing a social housing project in Viedma that aims to benefit 346 families. The initiative, known as the Rucci allotment, is designed for workers who do not currently own property.

An electrical infrastructure tender is scheduled for early October to support the development. The organization noted that the project is a response to rising living costs and high rental prices, which currently consume a significant portion of workers' wages. In addition to the Viedma project, the CGT is pursuing other housing initiatives in Río Colorado, San Antonio Oeste, and an expansion called Anexo Rucci.
