Chí Trung reflects on life and retirement at age 65

At 65 years old, former Director of the Youth Theatre of Vietnam, Chí Trung, shares his reflections on aging, retirement, and his philosophy on life and death. Having left his leadership position over four years ago, he now maintains a disciplined daily routine involving running and swimming.

Chí Trung expressed a desire for a simple existence, stating he hopes to live healthily and leave behind minimal possessions while being remembered fondly by others. He also shared his unconventional views on funeral arrangements, requesting cremation and suggesting his ashes be released into the sea or a river rather than having a traditional grave built, which he views as an unnecessary expense for his children.
