Chabad on Campus International hosts Pegisha Shabbaton in Crown Heights

Nearly 2,000 Jewish students from 160 universities across six countries gathered in Crown Heights for the annual Pegisha Shabbaton, organized by Chabad on Campus International. The four-day event, themed “Made for This,” focused on Jewish identity, leadership, and community connection.

Participants engaged in various cultural and religious activities, including visiting the Rebbe’s home and the Library of Agudas Chassidei Chabad, watching a Torah scribe, and attending workshops. The program featured speakers such as professors Rochy Kamman and Binyomin Abrams, as well as author Doron Kornbluth.

Simultaneously, Chabad on Campus International hosted a separate Shabbaton for more than 100 children of Campus Shluchim and Shluchos. This program was designed to provide nourishment and community for the children of campus leaders, featuring tours, religious services, and themed discussions.
