Chacabuco officials announce measures to boost municipal revenue

Chacabuco Mayor Darío Golía met with the municipal economic team to outline strategies for the final quarter of the year. The meeting focused on optimizing spending, investments, and transparency in resource management.

To strengthen municipal revenue, the administration announced several measures, including a regularization plan for construction rights overdue by more than 180 days and a payment plan valid until December 31. The municipality also intends to issue formal demands and enforcement actions against social security organizations (Obras Sociales) and private health insurance companies with outstanding obligations, as well as against delinquent taxpayers. Additionally, a QR code payment system will be implemented to facilitate and expedite transactions.
