Chaco and UNICEF establish health and development agenda for youth

The Chaco provincial government and UNICEF have established a working group to implement an integrated agenda for children and adolescents. This initiative follows a cooperation agreement signed in early August by Governor Leandro Zdero and the international organization.

The working group, coordinated by the Secretariat of Strategic Affairs, has defined six priority areas for intervention: maternal and child health, perinatal mental health, nutrition, immunizations, adolescent mental health, and waterborne diseases. The collaboration aims to transform the commitments made in the agreement into concrete local actions through interdisciplinary cooperation.
