Chaco announces 265 vacancies for police and penitentiary service

The Government of Chaco has announced a new recruitment drive for the Chaco Police and the Provincial Penitentiary Service. A total of 265 vacancies will be available, with 200 positions allocated to the police force and 65 to the penitentiary service.

For the Chaco Police, the 200 vacancies are divided into 150 spots for agents (100 male, 50 female) and 50 spots for officers (35 male, 15 female). The Provincial Penitentiary Service will offer 65 vacancies, consisting of 50 agent positions and 15 officer positions. The recruitment process also includes specific quotas for members of indigenous peoples.

Registration is scheduled to open on Tuesday, September 15, at 8:00 AM via the official websites of both institutions. Security Minister Hugo Matkovich stated that the initiative is part of a broader effort to strengthen public security and crime prevention under the administration of Governor Leandro Zdero.
