Chaco launches first high-complexity cardiology center in Resistencia

The Chaco Ministry of Health has announced the opening of the province’s first Angiology and Percutaneous Intervention service. Located at the Hospital “Dr. Julio C. Perrando” in Resistencia, the center will work in coordination with the Hospital Pediátrico “Dr. Avelino Castelán” to provide specialized care for both adult and pediatric patients.

The new facility aims to strengthen the third level of healthcare by integrating diagnostic studies with advanced, minimally invasive treatments. By utilizing advanced medical equipment and specialized professionals, the center seeks to optimize response times, reduce appointment delays, and minimize surgical risks through timely interventions.
