Chaco students excel at National Innovation and Technology Olympics

Students from technical schools in Chaco, Argentina, achieved significant success at the National Olympics of Innovation, Informatics, Electronics, and Applied Technology (ONIET) held in Córdoba on October 8 and 9.

Kevin Frank Canteros Bovero, a student from the Escuela de Educación Técnica Aeronáutica N° 32 “Martín Lidoro Guzmán” in Resistencia, secured second place in the Electrosaber I category with a perfect score of 100 points in a theoretical electronics evaluation. Additionally, students from the same institution presented a robotics project featuring an automatic egg incubator, which earned a score of 98 out of 100.

The delegation also included representatives from the Escuela de Educación Técnica N° 2 “General José de San Martín” in Barranqueras. Teacher Kevin Báez Mencia noted that while only three students traveled to the competition, approximately 30 students collaborated on the preparation and development of these technical projects.
