Berazategui authorities deliver agricultural equipment and advance civic works

In Berazategui, local authorities and the Buenos Aires provincial government have delivered new agricultural equipment and infrastructure to support regional production. Mayor Carlos Balor and the Minister of Agrarian Development, Javier Rodríguez, provided a 70 HP tractor and various industrial processing machines—including vegetable processors, pasteurizers, and scales—to the Chacra Experimental El Pato. This initiative, conducted in partnership with the Universidad Nacional Arturo Jauretche (UNAJ), aims to strengthen the Added Value Center and promote sustainable agro-food production.

Additionally, construction is progressing on the new El Pato Municipal Civic Center. The project is currently 80 percent complete and is being funded entirely by the municipality after national funding was halted. The facility is expected to open between November and December, providing decentralized administrative services, a municipal delegation headquarters, and community spaces for local residents.
