Chain‑collision traffic accidents injure five in Istanbul’s Beyoğlu and three in Elazığ, Turkey

Two separate chain‑collision traffic accidents occurred in Turkey. In Istanbul’s Beyoğlu district, a minibuss lost steering control and struck a commercial vehicle, triggering a chain reaction that involved eight vehicles in total. Five people suffered light injuries and were treated on‑site before being taken to nearby hospitals. Emergency services, including police, fire, and medical teams, secured the scene and cleared the road.

In the eastern province of Elazığ, three vehicles collided in a chain‑collision on İmam Efendi Boulevard. Three individuals were injured and received emergency medical care before being transferred to local hospitals. Police, fire, and AFAD personnel responded promptly to both incidents, conducting investigations and restoring traffic flow.
