Chained Soldier anime confirmed for third season

The anime series Chained Soldier (Mato Seihei no Slave) has been officially confirmed for a third season. The announcement was made during a special event held in Tokyo on August 2, 2026.

In addition to the confirmation, the production team released a new announcement video and promotional visual to welcome the continuation of the series. While the third season is officially in production, specific details regarding the staff, voice cast, and official debut date have not yet been announced.

The series is based on the manga written by Takahiro and illustrated by Yohei Takemura, which is serialized on the Shonen Jump+ platform. The story follows Yuuki Wakura, a high school student who enters a demon dimension called Mato and becomes a weapon for Kyoka Uzen, a leader in the Demon Defense Force.
