Chainlink faces critical support levels amid potential price volatility

Chainlink (LINK) is currently facing critical technical levels that could lead to either a bullish reversal or a significant price correction. Analysts are monitoring a falling wedge pattern forming near the $12.26 mark, which follows a retreat from a late September peak of approximately $16.

Technical indicators suggest a key breakout zone exists between $13 and $13.50. A sustained move above this range could signal a recovery toward the $16 level. Conversely, if the price fails to hold key support zones between $10.00 and $11.20, the asset could face further downside pressure.

Market observers note that while a successful retest of the $10.00–$11.20 support area could establish a foundation for growth, a decisive breakdown below $10.00 would indicate continued selling pressure. Currently, LINK remains below a descending trendline that continues to act as dynamic resistance.
