Chalkiadakis S.A., a leading supermarket chain in Crete, has issued an extraordinary €300 bonus to each of its 2,080 employees. The total initiative exceeds €600,000 and has been credited to the staff's personal shopping cards as recognition of their professionalism and effort.

The company is currently undergoing a period of significant expansion, including the opening of a large new store in Chania and renovations in Neapoli, Iraklio, and Agios Nikolaos. In addition to financial bonuses, the company emphasizes professional development through the Chalkiadakis Academy, which has conducted 34 seminars totaling 7,076 training hours for 1,580 employees so far in 2026.
