Challenge de la Subbética cycling event to host 170 riders

The seventh edition of the Challenge de la Subbética is set to feature 23 teams and over 170 riders. The international competition includes participants from France and Portugal and will span three days, covering approximately 310 kilometers with over 6,100 meters of accumulated elevation.

Organizers have maintained the event's nickname, ‘Infierno de la Subbética’, due to the difficulty of the route. The first day will take place in Priego de Córdoba, featuring climbs such as La Merced and the ports of Lanchar and Cucadero. The competition includes high-level riders, including Spanish road and time trial champion Benjamín Noval.
