Challenger Extends Title Partnership with PGA of Australasia through 2031

Challenger has signed a five‑year extension as Title Partner of the PGA Tour of Australasia, extending the agreement to the end of the 2030/31 season. The deal, described as the largest commercial partnership in the Tour’s history, was announced on 3 August 2026 at The Lakes Golf Club in Sydney.

The 2026/27 schedule will feature 19 tournaments across Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea, including the centenary Queensland PGA Championship and new venues at Secret Harbour and Peninsula Kingswood. Broadcast rights see all Australian and New Zealand events on Foxtel and Kayo, with the BMW Australian PGA Championship and the Australian Open also shown on Nine and 9Now.

PGA of Australia CEO Gavin Kirkman said the extension is a “landmark moment” that demonstrates confidence in the Tour’s vision and the future of professional golf in the region. Challenger CEO Nick Hamilton highlighted the partnership’s role in providing long‑term financial confidence for Australians and investing in the next generation of golfers.
