Cham daycare receives safety vests for new school year

The Kleine Wichtel daycare center in Cham has been equipped with neon yellow high-visibility vests to improve child safety during the start of the new school year. The donation was presented by District Administrator Christian Schindler and Police Commissioner Elisabeth Kerner on September 15.

The initiative, organized by the Kreisverkehrswacht Cham, aims to increase the visibility of children in traffic as road volume increases with the return to school. Educators noted that the vests help both protect the children and allow staff to monitor them more effectively during outings.
