Cham Swiss Properties issues CHF 100 million bond

Cham Swiss Properties AG has successfully placed its third fixed-rate bond, totaling CHF 100 million. The bond carries a 1.6% coupon and has a five-year maturity period.

The company intends to use the capital for two primary purposes: investing in its existing development portfolio and upcoming construction projects, and repaying short-term loans to extend its financing structure. The placement was coordinated by Zürcher Kantonalbank, Basler Kantonalbank, and Luzerner Kantonalbank acting as joint lead managers.

Cham Swiss Properties, which formed in 2025 through the merger of Ina Invest AG and Cham Group AG, currently manages a real estate portfolio valued at approximately CHF 1.8 billion. The company aims to expand this portfolio to an estimated CHF 3 billion upon completion of current projects, with projected annual rental income exceeding CHF 100 million. An application for listing on the SIX Swiss Exchange is expected, with fund liberation scheduled for October 27, 2026.
