Champcevinel schoolchildren harvest potatoes for school meals

In Champcevinel, approximately fifty schoolchildren participated in a potato harvest at the organic Périnet market garden farm. The initiative aims to supply the local school restaurant through a short food circuit.

The farm, which covers one hectare including a 300 square meter greenhouse, produces various vegetables such as carrots, leeks, tomatoes, and zucchini. These crops account for roughly 50% of the vegetables prepared for the school restaurant.
