Fenerbahçe and Slavia Prague draw 2-2 in Champions League
Fenerbahçe and Slavia Prague played to a 2-2 draw during the third matchday of the UEFA Champions League league phase at the Şükrü Saracoğlu Stadium. Fenerbahçe secured an early advantage with goals from Oğuz Aydın in the 4th minute and Mason Greenwood in the 11th minute.
Slavia Prague responded quickly through Lukáš Provod in the 15th minute, following a turnover by Matteo Guendouzi. Despite Fenerbahçe's early dominance, they were unable to maintain their lead. In the 90th minute, Pavel Kacor scored for the Czech side to equalize the match.
Fenerbahçe's Nathan Aké was forced to leave the pitch in the 21st minute due to an injury. The draw leaves Fenerbahçe with two points in the competition, while Slavia Prague earns its first point of the season. Following the match, some Fenerbahçe supporters called for the resignation of manager İsmail Kartal.
