Chandan Chauhan criticizes Akhilesh Yadav over remarks on Jayant Chaudhary

Bijnor MP Chandan Chauhan has criticized Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav for his recent remarks regarding Jayant Chaudhary. Chauhan stated that the language used against Chaudhary has hurt the sentiments of many, noting that Chaudhary has a reputation for respecting all sections of society.

Chauhan emphasized that political leaders in Western Uttar Pradesh should exercise restraint in their speech and conduct, as such rhetoric carries significant social and political consequences. Additionally, Chauhan expressed support for BSP leader Mayawati’s stance on the importance of thoughtful communication in public life.

Regarding the controversy surrounding ‘Vande Mataram’, Chauhan called for moderation and wisdom, stating that the issue is tied to national sentiment and should not be turned into a major dispute.
