Chandrashekhar Azad addresses AI video controversy in UP politics

Chandrashekhar Azad, president of the Azad Samaj Party and Member of Parliament, has commented on the escalating use of artificial intelligence in political campaigning in Uttar Pradesh. The controversy began after Samajwadi Party leader Akhilesh Yadav shared an AI-generated video featuring a character named ‘Ajay Seth’ to critique government policies regarding inflation and unemployment.

Following the video's release, a political dispute has emerged between the ruling party and the opposition, with both sides accusing each other of using AI to create misleading content and conspiracies. Commenting on the situation in Ayodhya, Azad stated that political parties in power frequently engage in mutual accusations and suggested that the ruling BJP utilizes its vast resources to lead these efforts.
