Chandrashekhar Azad offers political entry to Akash Anand

Chandrashekhar Azad, leader of the Azad Samaj Party (ASP), has extended a political invitation to Akash Anand, the nephew of Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) chief Mayawati. Azad stated that the doors of his party are open to Anand if he wishes to work toward the ‘Bahujan mission’ and promote the ideologies of great leaders of the community.

In response to recent developments, Mayawati has explicitly rejected nepotism within the BSP. She clarified via social media that no son of her brother, Anand Kumar, will be granted any position or responsibility within the party. She noted that while her niece, Kumari Deepika Anand, may assist in the future if she is willing, the party prefers to entrust responsibilities to missionary workers through consensus rather than providing political advantages to family members.
