Chanel expands Coco Mademoiselle with new fragrance and makeup

Chanel is expanding its Coco Mademoiselle franchise with the launch of a new fragrance flanker and a dedicated makeup collection.

To mark the 25th anniversary of the original 2001 fragrance, the house has unveiled ‘Crush Absolu,’ a more intense and amber-based version of the scent. Created by in-house perfumer Olivier Polge, the new composition features notes of lychee, grapefruit, rose, and jasmine, with a base of patchouli, amber, and vanilla.

Accompanying the fragrance is a collector’s makeup series scheduled for release in late 2026. The collection includes nine eyeshadows, top coats in beige and brown tones, blush, nail polish, and a ‘Rouge Coco Crush’ lipstick. The aesthetic draws inspiration from the black and gold packaging of the original perfume. American singer Gracie Abrams, who serves as the face for the Crush Absolu flanker, is also associated with the makeup collection launch.
