Chanel launches 'Signes & Symboles' haute jewellery collection highlighting iconic symbols

Chanel has introduced the 'Signes & Symboles' high jewellery collection, comprising 85 pieces that translate the founder’s personal symbols—camellia, lion, sun and geometric motifs—into luxury adornments. The line features standout gemstones, including a 20.66‑carat sapphire, a 10.44‑carat emerald, a 9.41‑carat ruby and a 10.32‑carat diamond, described as the brand’s “Precious Four.”

The release reinforces Chanel’s long‑standing brand strategy that relies on scarcity, consistency and craftsmanship. By controlling distribution, avoiding discounting and repeatedly updating a small set of timeless products, Chanel maintains an aura of exclusivity while using Coco Chanel’s life story and symbolic imagery to deepen its cultural narrative.
