Chang Ding Technology expands semiconductor equipment and AI facility management

Chang Ding Technology, a semiconductor equipment and facility engineering provider, is expanding its presence in the semiconductor market. The company, which recently listed on the Emerging Stock Market, is focusing on three core areas: semiconductor equipment, ESG energy saving, and AI smart facility management.

Key products include Thermal Control Units (TCU) for advanced packaging, Thermal AMC Units (TAU) for lithography micro-environments, and Wet AMC Control Units (WACU) for front-end process contamination control. The company aims to increase the proportion of high-margin equipment and software services to improve its profit structure. Chang Ding reported a record high order backlog of approximately 5 billion TWD.

In addition to equipment, the company is integrating AI into facility management through digital twins to enable predictive maintenance and energy optimization for critical systems like chillers and air compressors.
