Chang Hsiu-ching reveals divorce and 34 million TWD debt crisis

Singer Chang Hsiu-ching has announced that she divorced her husband, Wang Kuo-chan, three years ago. The announcement follows recent public appearances where the couple appeared affectionate, including a celebratory banquet where Wang presented a bouquet of cash.

Chang revealed that she is facing significant financial hardship due to the separation. She stated that she took out loans and covered debts in her own name to resolve Wang's financial crises, totaling approximately 34 million TWD. Chang described herself as the primary victim of the situation and has called for her former husband to face his responsibilities.

Wang Kuo-chan, a businessman who built a successful water station business in Tainan, has reportedly gone missing and has not responded to the allegations or the news of the divorce. His social media activity has remained inactive since mid-July.
