Changeable Guardian ESTIQUE Release Set for August 6, 2026 on Nintendo Switch and Other Platforms

Amata Games and Cat Hui Trading announced that the side‑scrolling shoot‑'em‑up Changeable Guardian ESTIQUE will launch on August 6, 2026. The game will be available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam and the Microsoft Store.

The new edition includes both the original NES and Famicom versions, a modern gallery mode with manuals and artwork, and quality‑of‑life upgrades such as quick‑save, fast loading, rewind and a CRT filter. Gameplay centers on the transformable robot Estique, which can switch between a compact Fighter Form and a damage‑immune Robot Form, and features a Super Weapon special attack and a regenerative life system that replaces traditional power‑ups.

The title spans six city‑inspired stages and aims to appeal to both retro enthusiasts and newcomers, marking the first major multi‑platform release of the series.
