ChangeNOW resolves website vulnerability and launches NOW AI

ChangeNOW has resolved a website integration vulnerability identified on October 15, 2026, with the assistance of independent security researchers. While the company stated there is currently no evidence that the vulnerability was exploited, it warned that certain information, such as email addresses and transaction details, may have been exposed.

The company clarified that its transaction infrastructure remained unaffected and customer funds were never at risk. As a precautionary measure, ChangeNOW advised clients to remain vigilant against fraudulent messages that might reference real transactions to appear legitimate. The company emphasized that it will never request private keys, seed phrases, or passwords via email.

In response to the incident, ChangeNOW announced the launch of NOW AI, a dedicated protection lab designed to enhance security standards across all its products by utilizing technology to detect potential threats earlier.
