Changsha woman reports privacy breach by postal courier

In Changsha, Hunan province, a woman reported a privacy violation involving a postal courier. After placing an order for a return pickup, a courier arrived at her residence only three minutes later without calling to notify her first.

Because the woman had not locked her front door after bathing, the courier pushed the door open and moved a curtain, witnessing her while she was naked. CCTV footage captured the incident, though the courier denied knowing the resident was unclothed.

The victim reported the incident to the police and postal authorities, stating the event has caused severe psychological distress, including insomnia and anxiety. While police determined the incident did not meet the criteria for a public security violation, postal customer service has stated they will follow up on the matter. The woman has threatened legal action if the postal service does not provide a satisfactory resolution.
